Prepare and deploy QR and POSM upon merchant onboarding (print, sort and place/deploy POSM at outlets around Singapore)
Responsible for performing periodic quality checks post-deployment on merchants (ensure proper placement of QR, POSM and consistency)
Perform field engagement with merchants at outlets to educate them on ShopeePay services (ShopeePay wallet, SPayLater etc) as well as seek merchant feedback - includes speaking to outlet staff to understand merchant pain points and/or opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Perform lead generation activities on the field which involves walking the ground and identifying potential new merchants for ShopeePay to acquire and collect relevant contact information e.g. phone number, email of key stakeholders (business owner, marketing/payments lead etc)
