Role Purpose
Responsible for end-to-end merchandising operations for leather jacket categories including product development, costing, sourcing coordination, buyer management, production follow-up, and timely order execution while ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment for leather jacket programs.
Coordinate with buyers, design, sourcing, production, and QA teams for smooth execution of orders.
Handle sample development, approvals, fit comments, and pre-production activities.
Prepare product costing and support margin optimization initiatives.
