Overview
As the Merchandising Manager for Australia and New Zealand, you will be accountable for developing and executing a comprehensive merchandising strategy for the market, with a Retail First mentality and a client-centric approach. In strong partnership with the retail teams and cross-functional stakeholders in the support office, you will drive commercial objectives through results-driven actions derived from floor, category, and store analysis.
This role is responsible for leading the merchandising and visual merchandising team by combining hands-on management of our product assortment and display strategies. The position plays a critical role in supporting the overall merchandising strategy, enhancing team performance, and ensuring alignment with Tiffany & Co.'s brand values and business objectives.
