Responsibilities
Develop merchandising strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
Lead optimized product assortment and inventory level by store typology in collaboration with partnering global and regional functions. Deliver Retail communications on new product launches and major merchandising initiatives. Work cross-functionally with other functions to elevate the clients experience and maximize sales performance through strategic merchandising actions. Analyze market and competitors’ pricing positioning and share the local insights to the global team. Project accurate product sales plans by category by channels.
