Responsibilities

Principle responsibilities will include but not be limited to Provide Data Center Support for Oppenheimer & Cos infrastructure at corporate headquarters and remote branch locations Work with third party vendors to ensure complete knowledge transfer of all Data Center designs provided by vendors Document Data Center architecture and operational workflows Completion of assigned Data Center Service Requests within defined SLA scope Respond to any Data Center emergencies or unplanned production issues independent of day or time Keep abreast of technology developments as they apply to the business Make recommendations to management regarding Data Center process improvement new technologies to explore etc as needs arise Perform Daily Operational Data Center tasks Inventory Management accurately update and maintain the Data Center hardware Inventory Environmental Monitoring of Data Center Power Computer Room Air Conditioning and Fire Protection Rack and S...
