About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Merchandiser with a strong interest in luxury fashion and lifestyle products. This role will support buying and merchandising operations across retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring smooth coordination of inventory, product allocation, and stock performance. The ideal candidate should be confident working independently and comfortable liaising directly with the founder in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of buying plans following collection reviews with designers and brands
Coordinate purchase orders, product quantities, pricing confirmations, and delivery timelines with suppliers
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability across retail and online channels
Analyse sales performance, sell-through rates, and stock ageing to support replenishment planning
Ensure timely product delivery and allocation across retail stores and e-commerce platforms
