Merchandiser – H&M Home Account (Lighting & Furniture)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management
- Act as the single point of contact for H&M Home on all Lighting and Furniture programs.
- Manage customer communication, RFQs, inquiries, order confirmations, and delivery commitments.
- Build strong relationships with H&M buying, sourcing, quality, and product development teams.
Product Development & Sampling
- Coordinate new product development (NPD), sampling, prototyping, and approvals.
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
- Track sample timelines and ensure timely submissions.
Order Management
- Receive and process purchase orders.
- Monitor order status from order receipt to shipment.
- Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and proactively communicate risks or delays.
Production & Supply Chain Coordination
