Position Overview
PRIMARY FUNCTION:Under the direction of the Merchandise Manager, assists with retail managerial procedures at Angel Stadium.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Supervise & lead a staff of up to 10 people.•Be an aid for certain outside functions for Angels events (i.e. Training Camp, Fan Fest, Family Day, etc.).•Assist with reporting, nightly business and any other reports as needed.•Assist with identifying problematic issues and concerns.•Maximize both employee and customer satisfaction.•Assist with check-in/check-out procedure as necessary.•Learn and train others to effectively produce customized jerseys.•Assist with maintaining proper inventory levels.•Prepare retail locations for events and game day operations.•Work with visual displays and merchandising of stands. Setting up displays to best attract customers' attention.
