Overview We seek a Merchandise Manager to lead product strategy and development for the company for both the retail and B2B operations. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Singapore's retail landscape and consumer behavior. He or she will play a key role in driving growth and aligning merchandising strategies with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities . Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, margin improvement, and market competitiveness . Plan and manage product assortment/development based on consumer demand and market trends . Analyze sales performance, inventory data and customer behavior to optimize product mix, pricing and inventory . Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and relationship development to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply .
