Position Overview
Main job responsibilities and daily tasks -
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and facility operations activities.
- Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Allocate manpower and assign maintenance tasks based on priorities and work schedules.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other building systems.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Report maintenance issues, breakdowns, and material requirements to the Facility Supervisor.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
