The MEPFS Officer within a developer/owner's PMO is not merely a Project lead: he/she is the orchestrator of multiple discipline. The primary role of the position is to drive the end-to-end operational and construction management governance of assigned construction projects.
The responsibilities of the CMO are best understood through the βpillarsβ of project success: schedule, cost, quality, and safety. Other responsibilities may be also assigned from time to time by the Project Director (PD).
