Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate MEP cost estimates based on tender drawings, specifications, and commercial requirements
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring alignment with pre-contract deliverables
• Review tender documentation to identify scope gaps, risks, and cost-sensitive elements
• Develop BOQs, pricing schedules, and cost breakdowns with consistency and audit-ready structure
• Support preparation of tender submissions, clarifications, and post-tender negotiations
• Source, evaluate, and level supplier and subcontractor quotations to support competitive submissions
• Liaise with engineering and design teams to validate technical inputs, materials, and pricing assumptions
• Contribute to value engineering exercises by assessing cost-efficient alternatives in line with project requirements
