Position

We’re looking for an experienced MEP PreConstruction Manager to lead our preconstruction strategy and drive Gateway 2 and 3 submissions under the Building Safety Act. You'll guide design consultants, shape compliant and buildable MEP solutions, and ensure designs align seamlessly with procurement for a smooth project start.

In this role, you'll

• Manage Gateway 2 and 3 technical submissions and maintain the “Golden Thread.”
• Challenge and review MEP designs for compliance, buildability, and realistic operational assumptions.
