MEP Facilities Engineer

For a UHNWI we are looking for a team to support the building and maintenance of their estate in Chens-sur Léman. As part of that team we are looking for a MEP Facilities Engineer

The role

• Design, development, and maintenance of MEP systems, machinery and equipment
• Prepare equipment specifications for new facilities.
• Prepare operational procedures.
• Assist clients with material procurement.
• Construction management facilities
• Estimating of material, construction, labour costs, and project timescales.
• Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), etc.
• Provide technical expertise on various engineering requirement.
• Work on the development of maintenance procedures and protocols including method statements, permits to work and appropriate supporting risk assessments.
