Job Description

Our Real Estate team is looking for an MEP Estimator to support the preparation of cost estimates across a range of construction and real estate projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Management, Cost Management and technical teams to develop accurate and reliable cost estimates for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems during design, tender and pre‑construction phases. This role will support informed commercial decision‑making by analysing project information, market data and construction costs across multiple sectors including offices, retail and residential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stages.
• Analyse mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, specifications and technical documentation.
