Overall in charge for all site coordination relating to mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) matters of the project. Overall responsible for all the MEP works installation and progress of work to meet contractual and specifications requirements. Leading in design coordination with consultants / client and authorities. Attend client, consultants and sub-con meetings. Review of shop drawings / materials / Method of Statements. To ensure drawing registry is maintained and latest drawings / BIM models are available for all parties involved (site staff, suppliers and subcontractors). To ensure transmittal forms / emails are issued for latest drawings / BIM models. Ensure that all the submittals are carried out timely and closely monitoring the progress and status. Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise closely with all trades and authorities. Take lead in VDC for MEP related matters.
