This is an important role where you will be responsible for facilitating and providing tailored emotional and mental health support to students, helping them navigate their feelings, build resilience and develop coping strategies. As a mental health teaching assistant you will work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals to create a supportive and safe environment for our students.

The students in this setting have all been identified as struggling with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). They are between the ages of 4 and 11 and have been exposed to adverse childhood experiences.
