An exciting opportunity is available for a Mental Health Practitioner to join the Integrated Place Based Team (IPBT) for East Lindsey, based in Louth. This role is part of a place‑based mental health workforce that is integrated as part of the Locality Mental Health team.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9‑5.
