Position Overview
Become a vital member of the Centre for Family Medicine as a Mental Health Practitioner, specializing in social work or psychotherapy. Deliver integrated mental health services to patients and collaborate within a diverse healthcare team.
In this 0.4 FTE role, you will provide therapy and counseling to individuals aged 12 and older, as well as couples and families. Your duties will include leading workshops, performing assessments, and collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
