We are looking for a motivated, positive and organised person to join our Mental Health Floating Support Team in Bournemouth. You will act as a key Support Worker for a number of customers, carrying out regular one to one sessions, enabling positive, trusting and respectful relationships to be built and to enable them to achieve their goals and move forward to independent living.

You will be a valued member of a dedicated and strong team in role where you can genuinely make a real difference, by providing tenancy support, information and advice to individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives.
