Position Overview
- Lead the design and development of seasonal menswear collections in line with brand DNA and business strategy
- Conduct market and trend research; develop mood boards, color palettes, and fabric stories
- Manage the design process from initial concept to final sample approval
- Prepare full collections (30-50 styles), including complete outfits and category balance
- Create detailed CAD designs and technical packs
- Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate directly with suppliers regarding samples, fittings, quality, and cost negotiations
- Follow up on fittings and revisions to achieve optimal fit and quality
- Support styling and photo shoots when required to ensure design integrity
- Mentor, guide, and support junior designers within the team
