What this role really is This is not a traditional merchandising role.
Your primary responsibility is to

build and manage the sourcing, vendor, and production ecosystem

for the brand — ensuring the right factories, materials, quality, speed, and execution come together to create great products.
You will work closely with founders to take products from

concept → sourcing → sampling → production → final execution .
Your job is simple:
Find the right vendors, get the best quality produced, ensure timelines are met, and solve production challenges at speed.
