Position Overview
The Membership Services Associate supports the Club’s daily front office operations while assisting with membership administration and services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to members and guests, managing front desk activities, and ensuring membership processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and attend to member and guest enquiries via walk‑in, phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely manner
- Support membership services, including applications, renewals, updates, and general account enquiries
- Assist with billing‑related enquiries and coordinate with Finance where required
- Issue membership cards, car decals, and prepare related documentation
