Role and Eligibility Criteria

• To Ensure the sales team achieves their agreed Monthly Sales Budget, club closing membership count and net gain through profitable and sustainable growth.
• Drive and lead a team of Membership consultants to club sales budget.
• Drive and lead your Member retention consultant to desired Leaver goals and net gain.
• Have a keen eye on Retention delivered through excellent customers’ service to all club member...
