Position Overview
Job Summary:
Exos is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales & Services Manager to lead
membership growth and engagement strategies at the Minnesota JCC. This leader will directly oversee
membership sales, support the Customer Services Manager in the operations of the reception team, and drive retention through relationship-building and service excellence. This role is pivotal in fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with both Exos and Minnesota JCC values.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
+ Own the full membership sales process, from lead generation through onboarding and conversion.
+ Develop and execute sales campaigns, community outreach, and partnership initiatives to drive new memberships.
+ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and pipeline reports to optimize performance.
