About the Role
We are seeking Member Service Representatives to support a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment. In this role, you will assist members with consumer loan inquiries and financial products while delivering exceptional customer service in a structured, performance-driven setting. You’ll handle back-to-back calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide accurate, compliant support to ensure a positive member experience.
Work Setup & Training
Training: July 27 – September 9, 2026
+ Monday–Friday
+ 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST
+ Attendance required
After Training:
+ Hybrid schedule

+ Must be available to work Monday–Saturday OR Sunday–Friday
+ One fixed day off + one rotating day
