Job Title: Member Services Representative – Call Center Support

Job Description:
As a Member Services Representative, you will serve as the first point of
contact for members and health plan partners, handling a high volume of inbound
calls through multi-issue phone queues. You will be responsible for delivering
exceptional customer service while accurately documenting each interaction in
accordance with organizational standards. The role requires maintaining or
exceeding productivity benchmarks, with a minimum expectation of managing 50+
calls per day.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from members and health plan representatives.
+ Resolve inquiries related to benefits, claims, eligibility, and other healthcare-related topics.
