In this role as a Member Service Associate, you will welcome members and visitors, while delivering professional and friendly service to meet members' needs and deepen relationships. You will deliver the Credit Union's mission to benefit every member, every time, every day.


This role will be assigned to our Schenectady - State Street Branch; however, you will support the branches within our Northwest Region #2; which includes our Union Street, Glenville, Schenectady - Albany Street and both Niskayuna Branches and Amsterdam Branch locations.
