Position Purpose and Objectives

Currently, we are seeking a Member Relationship Specialist who will assist new and potential members in identifying membership and lending needs and delivering solutions to their financial needs.

Major Duties and Essential Functions

1. To deliver an unexpected experience by consistently providing outstanding service to internal and external members with every interaction.
2. Uncover member needs by asking questions and provide solutions to their needs.
3. Proactively discuss and refer additional products to internal partners.
4. Process requests for memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance services.
