Provide an effective and efficient link between ASI Financial Services (ASI) and its clients, including members and appointed representatives through the delivery of advice, query resolution, administrative support, communication, training, and education.

CONSULTING
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Employee Benefits industry, including medical schemes, retirement funds, group risk, employee wellness programmes, and expatriate health benefits.
- Conduct detailed analyses of membersβ financial needs and provide suitable advice, ensuring records are saved on the CRM and shared with the member.
- Ensure members understand the benefits, exclusions, and administrative processes of their relevant schemes or funds.
