Member Care Coordinator (Remote – Philippines)

We’re hiring a trusted coordinator to own member communications between US-based clients, the Executive Director, and the leadership team. This is not a passive role—it’s about ownership, clarity, and follow-through.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Assist the Executive Director with administrative tasks and meeting follow-ups.
• Own the end-to-end membership lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, renewals, and offboarding.
• Engage members, resolve concerns, and close the loop with clear, timely updates.
• Coordinate across members, the Executive Director, and leadership team to move actions forward.
• Ensure updates are organized, on time, and well-documented.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and shared docs; track concerns and escalate risks early.
