・レストラン、バーにおけるスムーズなオペレーションの遂行

・マネジメント全般（売上管理、スタッフ育成、勤怠管理など）

・各種プロモーションイベント・メニューの考案と実施

・Perform smooth operation in the restaurant and bar

・Management （Revenue Management / Training / Time sheet management)

・Invention and implementation of various promotion events and menus

**Qualifications:**

・料飲部におけるマネジメントならびにレストランとバーの経験必須

・料理、ワインやビバレッジに関する豊富な知識

・チームをサポートする卓越したサービスとトレーニングスキル

・中級レベル以上の英語力および日本語力

・中級レベルのPCスキル（Word、Excel)

・Management experience in F&B field and both restaurant and bar experience is necessary

・A wealth of knowledge and experience in food and beverage

・Strong service skills to support teams and training skills

・Intermediate level of English and Japanese and above

・Intermediate level of PC skills - Word & Excel
