Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Zoom Rooms Manage the lifecycle of meeting room devices (Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Yealink) Perform regular room audits, firmware updates, and device health checks Maintain room device telemetry and remote management systems Support AV refresh projects including design, procurement, and implementation Troubleshoot AV issues including audio feedback, video quality, and connectivity problems Configure room scheduling panels and integrate with Exchange/Zoom calendars Provide training to users on meeting room AV equipment Maintain inventory of AV equipment and spare parts Support live events and town halls with AV setup and operation Develop and maintain AV standards and best practices Work with facilities team on room acoustics and cabling J...
