1. 负责酒店会议、宴会、展览及企业定制活动的销售拓展与客户关系维护，完成年度会务销售指标；
2. 统筹酒店大型会议及活动全流程执行，包括需求分析、场地规划、方案设计、预算管控、跨部门协调及现场管理；
3. 对接企业客户、会展公司及代理渠道，提供专业会务咨询与个性化服务方案，提升客户满意度与复购率；
4. 定期分析市场动态与客户需求，协同市场部优化会务产品体系及服务标准。

1. 具备4年以上高星级酒店或国际品牌酒店会务销售及活动统筹工作经验，熟悉MICE业务流程；
2. 具备优秀的商务谈判能力、客户服务意识及跨部门协作能力，能适应弹性工作安排；
3. 对酒店宴会的组织及执行有丰富的经验；
