**Clarion Hotel Air** is looking for a Conference Host:
We are looking for creative and personal talents who can deliver a service beyond the ordinary at the Meeting & Event department.
This is a **_extra-help position with a possibility of part time employment in the future _**with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.
**Conference crew tasks**:
- Prepare the meeting room before the conference group arrives.
- Rigging of furniture, AV equipment, fairs, banquets etc. the day before the event.
- Assist the organizer and conference guests.
- Bring out breaks food at the agreed time.
- Cleared conference rooms and break areas.
- Have good knowledge of conference routines.
- Have a good knowledge of the AV equipment.
- Make sure to be present for the customer during each break to identify wishes, clean, set tables and chairs.
