Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of compliance with standards and ethical business practices.
• Promote the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect and correct violations of the law, company policies and code of conduct.
• Implement company policies and procedures, support onboarding processes, and train employees.
• Identify hazards and carry out risk assessments of areas to determine controls.
• Promote a culture of prevention and maintain the physical, mental and social well‑being of workers.
