Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The MT working at the staff level is responsible for the performance of a wide variety of laboratory tests, routine and complex, on body fluids and substances to provide data in the diagnosis or treatment of diseases. This position requires knowledge in all areas of the laboratory and the ability to make sound professional judgments. Acknowledges and responds appropriately to the hospital's customer relations philosophy, including the five fundamentals of the AIDET program.
