Medical Technologist

One of our top clients is looking for a Full Time Lab Supervisor, located in Memphis TN. The candidate will be under general supervision, implements laboratory policies, procedures, and services in accordance with the Quality Management System and in compliance with applicable regulations. Ensures efficient and effective laboratory operations by directing the work of others.

Responsibilities:

• Schedules sufficient number of laboratory personnel (i.e. technologists, technicians) to complete laboratory tests.
• Ensure all required policies and operational procedures are followed.
• Lead and coordinate daily workflows to support operation
• Coordinate metrics to achieve throughput goals
• Maintains daily inventory levels
• Ensure that all lab staff is current with training, competencies and continuing education
