**Job Summary**

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Staff Specialist 1 to support our healthcare operations in Temple, Texas. This hybrid role is responsible for overseeing Medical Staff Services functions, ensuring compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and credentialing best practices across the organization.Coordinates Medical Staff Services activities to help the Medical Staff follow Bylaws, Rules, JCAHO standards, and other accreditation and licensing agencies.
