From the clinical development phase onwards, inform strategic decisions, support organizational goals, and help improve patient care, by developing a deep understanding of the therapeutic area and healthcare landscape (including stakeholder networks and patient care pathways), and gathering actionable insights.
Identify the needs of external stakeholders, recognize opportunities for healthcare solutions and data-generation, and proactively address the needs by collaborating with internal stakeholders and leveraging external partnerships.
