Location: Queenstown, MD (On-site)

About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Scheduler to join a fast-paced healthcare office environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a structured setting and enjoys working directly with patients. You will be responsible for managing patient scheduling, handling inbound calls, and supporting front office operations while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Schedule

+ Monday – Thursday: Between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (schedule provided 2 weeks in advance)

+ Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
