Responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key decision-makers. They work closely with their accounts to understand their needs and goals, and then develop and implement custom solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

- Manage customer relationships and build rapport with key decision-makers
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Oversee the delivery and implementation of products or services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Track and report on sales performance
