Implement sales strategies for the new medical food business, managing all sales channels (D2C platform, direct pharmacy sales, hospital bids, and outreach to patients and caregivers) to meet sales goals;
Find and cultivate new customers, while maintaining relationships with existing ones (hospitals, pharmacies), and engaging potential customers; Provide consistent support and service to meet sales targets;
Manage after-sales services, including gathering and analyzing feedback from consumers/healthcare professionals to improve service quality, application, storage, delivery, and handle consumer inquiries and returns;
Implement marketing and communication strategies in line with company guidelines for the medical food business;
Collaborate with other departments (procurement, logistics, technology, legal) for smooth business operations;
