Medical Receptionist / Care Navigator

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist with a can‑do approach to join our fast‑paced practice. You will receive, assist and direct patients, ensuring they access the appropriate service or healthcare professional courteously, efficiently and effectively. Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, in person or via telephone.

Job Summary

Hours: 8:00‑18:30, 5‑day week, shift patterns 8‑13 or 13:30‑18:30. Must be able to meet these criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective and efficient reception service to patients and visitors.
• Handle all general queries, explain procedures and schedule new and follow‑up appointments.
