Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator for a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. This position will begin prior to our current employee's maternity leave to allow for training and a smooth transition.
● Answer phones and assist patients
● Schedule appointments
● Greet and check in patients
● Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
● Assist with prior authorizations (training provided)
● Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR Qualifications:
● Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
● Strong computer and multitasking skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication
● EMR experience preferred
