Our client has an opportunity available for a Medical Receptionist based in Durban.

Requirements:

• Matric or a related higher quality.


• ITC and knowledge on how to handle money.


• Receptionist experience.


• Be reliable and stable.


• Must be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Manage appointments by answer calls, greeting patients upon arrival and notifying practitioners.


• Manage payments by handling money on behalf of different practitioners.


• Data capturing and filing.


• Open new patient files on the medical programme and update old patient files.


• Daily billing for physios on the medical programme and checking that medical aid claims have successfully been submitted.
