Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly reliable Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is a blend of front desk, customer service, and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment specializing in prosthetics, orthopedics, and mastectomy care.
You will be the first point of contact for patients—both in-person and over the phone—helping guide them through services, insurance, and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities

+ Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

+ Assist patients with insurance questions, eligibility, and pricing
