Roles & Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and deliver on design of healthcare projects across SEA
• Co-ordinate and work alongside design and project management team
• Co-ordinate work effort of multiple teams on large projects
• Business Development and client relationship development
• Contribute to proposal / bids / meetings and negotiations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in planning within healthcare sector (peer to current medical planner).
• Needs to work independently.
• Strong communication with clients, good with influencing and closing.
• Reports to the Director of Design and Planning.
• Experience in both re-modelling / upgrading works and designing from scratch.
• Project experience (in Healthcare Facilities): Can range from $5M - $150M (30,000sqm). ...
