Description
The Medical Office Representative supports daily front office operations in a busy outpatient setting. This role focuses on patient interaction, phone coverage, and accurate use of medical office systems.
Requirements

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ 6 months of experience in an outpatient medical office preferred

+ Experience in a high‑volume customer service role preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

+ Excellent organizational and time‑management skills

+ Keyboarding skills and comfort using computer systems

+ Ability to operate standard office equipment

+ Working knowledge of medical terminology

+ Familiarity with electronic practice management systems

+ Experience handling multi‑line or ACD phone systems
