Loan Servicing Specialist

This role exists to ensure loan servicing work is processed accurately, on time, and without errors. You'll support daily operations that directly impact borrower experience and client trust.

What You'll Do

• Process loan servicing transactions, including UCC filings, transfers, and account updates
• Handle payments, refunds, and reconciliation with a high level of accuracy
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, disputes, and borrower inquiries
• Maintain clear and complete documentation across all account activity
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to complete time-sensitive work
